🍽️ We are looking for passionate chefs for our Brasseriet unit!

Do you want to create top-class dining experiences? We are now looking for an engaged and experienced Chef who wants to become part of our wonderful kitchen team at Brasseriet.

📌 About the role

As a chef with us, you are responsible for:

• Preparing the kitchen with the right equipment and ingredients.
• Studying menus and recipes and ensuring all ingredients are in place.
• Cooking dishes with high quality and according to set menus.
• Leading and distributing tasks to kitchen staff.
• Creating appealing presentations and ready-to-serve dishes.
• Maintaining order in the kitchen and ensuring that hygiene and safety regulations are followed.

We appreciate creativity and welcome new ideas and recipes that can further elevate our menu!

🎯 We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a chef in a restaurant kitchen.
• Is confident in different kitchen stations and has good knowledge of both classic and modern cooking methods.
• Has good leadership skills and enjoys working in a team.
• Is stress-resistant, organized, and maintains high quality even under high pressure.
• Is up to date with hygiene and safety regulations in restaurant kitchens.
• Has relevant education in cooking (meritorious).
